My recent stay at The Park Hotel in the heart of Melbourne was a delightful experience. The Saloon Bar + Bistro, with its cosy wood fire, exuded a warm and welcoming ambiance for a relaxing dining experience. From classic pub meals to more exotic dishes, the culinary offerings were diverse and satisfying.As an environmental scientist with a passion for sustainable practices, I appreciated the hotel's commitment to using local produce in their dishes. The DIY breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen allowed me to start my day with a hearty meal while reducing food waste.The front bar and family-friendly bistro provided a comfortable setting for both lunch and dinner, catering to a variety of tastes. I look forward to returning to savor more of their culinary delights.
